“I think the path forward has a lot of obstacles that need to be alleviated,” she said. But there are two economies that are not going to stop doing data business today...I think this is a good opportunity to step back and ask ourselves as individual users of technology to recognize that all laws have borders, but data and technology do not. This will be a tension point no matter what jurisdiction you are in.”
