Octillo partners Dan Greene and Pat McNally have both been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s 2024 Incident Response 50, a list of data breach response lawyers identified as the “best in the business” by the leading cyber industry media company.
To compile the annual list, Cybersecurity Docket tries to answer one simple question: Who would you hire if your company suddenly found itself the victim of a data breach?
“This recognition is a testament to the valuable contributions from every individual at Octillo,” says Greene, who has appeared on the list for three consecutive years. “We have built an experienced and strategic team solely focused on cybersecurity and privacy, and each one of us believes that what we do is extremely challenging yet tremendously fulfilling.”
Based on nominations, Incident Response 50 is developed after extensive research and input from senior lawyers and other professionals in the field. Candidates must be attorneys working in the private sector and have a practice dedicated primarily to data breach response work.
“Cybersecurity Docket has created a community of leading professionals working in the cyber industry today, from legal counsel to regulators to law enforcement,” says McNally. “Building relationships and sharing insights with others in the industry strengthens all of us in the battle against cyber threats, and Dan and I are honored to be among this list of skilled attorneys.”
