Available Positions

Data Security & Privacy Compliance Attorney

Remote Position Based in the United States – Full-time

We seek highly qualified data security and privacy compliance attorneys to join our team. Candidates will have experience in legal and regulatory counseling, compliance and policy development and implementation, and representation in regulatory enforcement actions. Experience with state, federal, and international laws that focus on data security and privacy is required and a general knowledge of technology standards or similar IT knowledge is a plus.

Candidates should have the ability to effectively manage projects, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong academic credentials.  State bar admission in any jurisdiction is required.

Tech Transactional Attorney

Remote Position Based in the United States – Full-time

We seek highly qualified tech transactional attorneys to join our team. Candidates will have experience with commercial transactions and will have counseled clients on a variety of contractual matters involving technology including business association, data processing, managed service provider, cloud service, block chain, or any other information technology agreements. Experience with international contracting and GDPR contracts is a plus.  In-house experience is also a plus.

Candidates should have the ability to effectively manage projects, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and excellent academic credentials. State bar admission in any jurisdiction is required.

Project Manager

Remote Position Based in the United States – Full Time

We seek a full-time detail-oriented project manager who can easily juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and likes client facing engagement.  As a project manager at our growing law firm, you’ll be helping to create the processes that will make our projects run smoothly.

Responsibilities will include maintaining client project schedules and ensuring that all tasks for each project are being done timely and helping to identify any roadblocks, communicating directly with clients during our project including setting up meetings, sending deliverables, receiving and relaying feedback, coordinating other miscellaneous projects, including infographics, design and summary boards, and collaborating with our marketing team on related projects, including timeline creation, managing production schedules, working with contractors, and more.

Candidates should have the ability to effectively manage projects, excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong academic credentials. Maintaining each client project schedule and ensuring that all tasks for each project are being done timely and helping to identify any roadblocks.
