Meet Gregory
Greg Gaglione is an incident response and data privacy attorney advising organizations in their response and legal obligations throughout the stages of a cybersecurity incident. Greg also advises and counsels organizations on compliance with data privacy laws, and assists in negotiating and drafting a variety of information technology agreements.
Prior to joining Octillo, Greg represented clients in litigation matters and M&A transactions, and provided overall corporate counsel to business clients. By leveraging his prior experience and skills gained in business school, Greg takes an analytical and business-minded approach to solving any problem that comes across his desk.
Greg is a Certified Information Privacy Professional, United State (CIPP/US) as certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
