Meet Naimah

Naimah Duporte is an incident response and data privacy compliance attorney with a focus on data analysis and classification standards. 

Naimah has served as an incident response project manager and a cross-functional subject matter expert for a team of 500 plus data analysts.  She has deep expertise in data classification and workflow management of client deliverables associated with incident response matters. She also advises clients on compliance with state, federal, and international privacy standards such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the General Data Protection Act (LGDP). 

Naimah served as a law clerk in Rome, Italy, while attending law school, where she assisted in the representation of clients in jury trials and drafted memoranda regarding data privacy and public international law. In addition to her J.D., she holds a Masters Livello I from LUISS Guido Carli, where she studied International, Comparative, and European Union law, with coursework related to privacy.
