Meet Janhvi
Janhvi is a data privacy and cybersecurity attorney with a focus on advising clients during data incidents and guiding them through the response process. Janhvi has experience working in-house as a law clerk at a global technology company, where she provided counsel on both domestic and foreign compliance initiatives, including navigating complex privacy and AI regulations.
Prior to joining Octillo, Janhvi served as a law fellow for the Center for AI and Digital Policy in Washington, D.C., where she contributed to shaping legal and policy approaches for artificial intelligence governance. Her background equips her with deep expertise at the intersection of law, technology, and policy.
Janhvi holds a J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where her coursework focused extensively on data privacy, cybersecurity, and the legal challenges of emerging technologies. She is also an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
