Pat McNally Quoted in Above The Law Report on Reputational Harm

Octillo Attorney, Pat McNally, was recently quoted in an Above the Law report on lawyers' and law firm's concerns over reputational harm. The report compiled survey results from 200 legal professionals on various reputational risks, including suffering a data breach, being sued or accused of malpractice, being sanctioned by a judge, and receiving negative publicity and reviews.

The survey found that data breaches are one of the top concerns for in-house counsel and attorneys at large law firms. Respondents from firms of all sizes also indicated that they are not as prepared for a data breach or online fraud as they would like to be.
