Jordan Fischer Will Serve as a Panelist for PBA Corporate Governance in the Crosshairs Webcast

Jordan Fischer, Octillo Member and Global Data Privacy Team Lead, will appear on panel at a Philadelphia Bar Association CLE webcast, Corporate Governance in the Crosshairs. Panelists will address hot topics confronting boards of directors today, including ESG, litigation, diversity equity and inclusion (DEI), cyber security and cryptocurrency.

This course is intended to update organizations on pertinent cybersecurity trends and best practices and is being offered for 3.0 SUB CLE credits. Jordan’s presentation will cover cybersecurity breaches and disclosure obligations.
