Octillo partners Dan Greene and Pat McNally have both been named to Cybersecurity Docket’s Incident Response Elite for 2026, a list of incident response attorneys identified as the “best lawyers in the business” by the leading cyber industry media company.
“We greatly value this recognition by Cybersecurity Docket,” says Greene, who has appeared on the list for five consecutive years. “Pat and I also have to recognize the entire Octillo team who work tirelessly on behalf of our clients during times of great stress and urgency.”
Incident Response Elite, formerly named Incident Response 50, is an annual list developed after extensive research, including a rigorous nomination process and input from senior lawyers and other professionals in the field. Candidates must be attorneys working in the private sector and have a practice dedicated primarily to data breach response work.
”Practicing in cybersecurity law and incident response is not for the faint of heart,” says McNally, marking his third year on the list. “It is an honor to appear on this list alongside such skilled attorneys who also navigate the rapid evolution of technology and complex regulation.”
